  • Research note 01: Tharston is in the District of Depwade. The PR of this parish are not available on line after 1811. A George BALES death was registered in Depwade Mar qtr 1845. I cannot confirm this as our man's death, as there is NO HEADSTONEs in the Tharston Churchyard (checked the Women's Institute docs on Family Search).
