Some aspects of Alfred Charles Blake's life. STANLEY. A very nice wedding took place in St. Paul's Church, Stanley, on Wednesday. The contracting parties were Mr Alfred Charles Blake and Miss Beatrice Victoria Wells, daughter of Mr W. J. Wells, of Bothwell Farm, Forest. The Rev R. Penty performed the ceremony, Mr Albert Wells being best man, and Miss Clara Wells the bridesmaid. The bride looked uncommonly pretty dressed in white serge and full tulle veil, with orange blossoms. Tho. bridesmaid was dressed' in nuns veiling. After the service tho married couple and tho guests drove out to Bothwell farm for the wedding breakfast. The day was beautifully fine and bright, emblematical of the peace, prosperity and happiness, which everyone wishes the happy couple, will.2
