Research Notes

  • Research note 01: There has to be a query over the 'identity' of the Army Albert, as the James BLAKE found in the attestment papers who was in the Royal West kent Special reserves, was born in kent and had a father named James. HOWEVER, the soldier who was found with the Army in Kent was definately born in Tadcaster, so I guess that there are other attestment papers around somewhere..
